The food is starting to not be as good as it was. Their phone system is very bad. You need to call several times before the phone will even ring. Then when it finally rings either the phone drops the call or just about everyone hangs up the phone while taking orders. We used to love going to this restaurant, the food was above and beyond. The service is set to be fantastic and the whole place was clean and had a cozy feel to it. Not anymore. Service: Take out

We got to go and half of our order was missing we had no testing for our salad we ordered bread which we did not get and dipping sauce which we did not receive and we were in there a few weeks ago and they charged us $5 to split our Stromboli with each other.
