Coffee House Waffle Shop - Statesville

Probably the worst breakfast I have ever had. How do you mess up breakfast?? Bacon wasn't cooked, the butter want melt on the waffle because it cold. I want be back this is second time I have tried this place.

First of all this used to be one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. I've been going there for years. And I get that the pandemic hurt alot of businesses. And its hard to get good people to work. But the service here has plummeted no matter the amount of staff they have on duty. So I have only tried to do take out as of late. Well you can forget someone answering the phone to take your to go order. The only way to get an order to go is to go there and order it. And then wait forever for your food and hopefully it will be correct. This place is close to my house and was my perfect breakfast place. But in the last year they have lost over at least $100 by me having to call Greg's BBQ and get a great breakfast from them. It's a lot farther for me but I can count on Greg's answering the phone and taking my order.

The breakfast we had was great; eggs, bacon, Livermush, hashbrowns, and toast were ALL cooked perfect! There's a sign on the door that says they are working with a limited staff, but you would not have known that! The service, especially our waitress Cynthia, was PHENOMENAL! She was hustling from one table to the next with speed and accuracy! Great food and great service!!

My wife and I love going here. Its a dinner, expect dinner food and coffee. The servers have always been friendly and talkative with us. I have gone weekly for over a year now, and will continue to go here.

Delicious!! The burgers are made to order. The old fashion burger is amazing! The cook looks like limp biscuit. Great food great staff. So clean!
