Bojangles - Statesville

Food was good. I had steak buscuit combo with sweet tea. I had to pay extra for a honey mustard to dip my fries in. I was told I could have ketchup for free for the fries but had to pay for one honey mustard for the fries. Was the first at any Bojangles that I had to do this. I was told all Bojangles did this, but if so, this was the only one that I've seen.

Teamwork make the dream work. That is what I like. They work well together. And every thing was fresh.

They were very rude... The customer service by every single one of them was rude the young man who took my order was very polite and he got confused about our change and the lady treated him very mean and he was so nervous I felt bad for him. But they were closing and by the time I got to the hotel and I started to eat my food and the Biscuits were hard and so was the bo rounds... So I call the next day and the manager I talked to was rude and told me to call back at 2 and hung up on me.

Nice Bojangles. Biscuits are made fresh but they aren't fluffy there a little flat. Maybe to due with ingredients. The inside is very nice and it was clean at the time we went. Service was a little back up and slow but it was the morning hour so they were busy, but they worked through it. The staff were nice and friendly.

Service was apathetic and the food was stale and cold. Bo is usually great, I guess it was just an off day. ?‍
