Dunkin' - State College

Me and my girlfriend have been to this dunkin a few times, and there has not been a single time that they have gotten our order correct. We have had to go back in multiple times after being given the completely wrong items, to which we are met by extremely rude and inconsiderate management. They have refused to fix our orders or give us refunds and left us feeling helpless and frustrated. If you want dunkin' you are better off going to one of the multiple other ones that are close by, this place is a joke. Something also seemed very off about the manager, besides him being super rude of course. I Literally made a yelp account just because of how angry this place made me.

Amazing! The food and drinks were great. Above my expectations

Staff are amazing there and always so kind to me. One time I had a big order and they offered to bring it to my car. It was freezing cold outside and they were very busy. I told them I couldn’t let them come outside with no jacket so I went in but was so appreciative of the offer. However this last incident is what made me have to write a review. I come here every Sunday and always very kind staff and they are always working so hard. You can see them through the window moving quickly around to get the orders out. This Sunday I forgot my wallet and the district manager was there and covered the cost. I was already having a rough morning with two toddlers in the backseat and would have to drive all the way back home to get my wallet. I told them I would go home and come back and they told me it would be no problem and that the district manager said he would cover my cost. He gave them his card and paid for me and told me to have a good day. I was not expecting that at all. It really really changed the entire course of my day! Thanks so much Dunkin manager and staff!

Always a crazy long line even if using order ahead on the app. Services family but my recommendation is don't use the drive-through park and go in to pick up your order

The staff is amazing the orders are always processed so fast !!! It is my roommate’s and I go to spot for coffee and breakfast treats. Shout out to Brandon for making our mornings brighter?
