Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

You walk into this amazing store which makes you think wow. The food is decent but the whole atmosphere and staff is worth the visit. My family has always loved this place for the food. Personally I'd go for the storeFood: 3/5

Restaurant was not very busy. Service was slow waitress) waited 15-20 mins to give drink order. There were 13 tables seated and 5 waitresses. Ordered a iced coffee and was told the machine was broke. Then another 10 mins to order. Food came out faster then our waitress. Another waitress delivered our food, then we didn't see our waitress again till the end of our meal and asked how everything was. No refills on hot coffee or other drinks. Simply just asked for check.. Food was delicious as always. And hostess and cashier were very friendly.

Very slow service and dirty dishes on several tables our entire stay. Friendly staff, though. Will not return.

I swear I walked out 50 pounds heavier and I don't regret one bite!!!My coworker and I both ordered the Country Fried Shrimp which comes with hushpuppies, two sides, and buttermilk biscuits or corn muffins. You can choose to have one of each, uh YEAH! The buttermilk biscuits were delicious, but the corn muffins were a little too hard. Our meal surprisingly came with french fries even though we didn't ask for it, but hey, I wasn't going to complain!Ben was our server and he was patient and attentive!

If I could give zero stars I would. We've now been waiting an hour at a table with no food. The wait to get seated was an hour which is understandable but as a manager you do not seat people knowing another hour will go by with no service. If you have short staff in the kitchen you need to notify customers so they can go somewhere else.. food just came and it's awful. The potato casserole is crunchy like they didn't cook the potatoes all the way through and the eggs and ham are over cooked. Hard to ruin a basic breakfast.
