Einstein Bros. Bagels - Starkville

This is one of my favorite bagel chains. I enjoy spending time here for a hazelnut coffee and bagel, or for a quick lunch. However, this particular location inside the library has some challenges. The hours are unpredictable and often don’t align with what Google says, as they adjust based on campus traffic and the season. It’s also a small space with few employees, which means you’re likely to wait in line, especially in the mornings. Additionally, the staff tends to make mistakes with orders since they don’t write down names, leading to mix-ups with other customers’ orders.

Everybody's super friendly. Lines / Waiting Time is a pain, but it is on a college campus so you can expect nothing else. The blueberries are worth dying and your waiting.

The coffee is excellent, and the brunch menu is fantastic. They offer refillable coffee cups, which is a nice perk. It's the perfect spot for studying in the library.

The food is excellent and reasonably priced, creating a pleasant atmosphere. While the service wasn't the best during my evening visit, the overall quality of the restaurant makes it a worthwhile choice for the price.

Standard Einstein Bros. Coffee is so so, but the sandwiches are great. Good service.
