Hella mid. Took 40 minutes to get cold food. Not sure what they’re doing there.

This place was a hot mess on May 13, 2024. Our server was great so no knock on her. First, they were out of cauliflower wings, and I’m a vegetarian which means it’s one of the only things I can eat there and the ONLY reason I go there. We would have left but we had already ordered drinks and had settled in. The next thing that went awry was the boiled eggs in the salad were FROZEN! Then, they were out of ketchup. And finally we ordered chips and guacamole for “desert” since we were still hungry due to the other food fails, and, I can’t make this up, other than maybe one scoop on the top… the guacamole was frozen.

Buffalo Wild Wings gave my entire family food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Customer service- HORRIBLE FOOD- Cold Time- too long I use to come here all the time because I love BWW, but this specific location has really gone downhill lately. I do not know who the older gentleman that is now working the front desk area is but he is EXTREMELY rude. When you walk in he doesn’t greet you at all and you just awkwardly stand there waiting to be sat. He will eventually motion to you with his finger to come to him and then he will then point you to a table with very little direction or words. Then when you leave he will just stare you down and even if you try to be nice and say have a great day he will just nod at you. I went during lunch, there was maybe 7 other parties there, but I waited over 45 for my food and then it was cold. My server (Taylor) was sweet but she seemed really stressed like this is normal occurrence for them to be this slow. I would not suggest anyone coming to this BWW anytime. You will probably get your food faster just driving to Columbus. I know you will get better customer service because honestly no one as rude as the gentleman in the front should be working in customer service.
