Taco John's - St. Joseph

This is normally a go-to spot, especially for late night bites. But, this visit was horrible! We ordered a six-pack and a pound. The first meal was soft tacos ? with extra meat and add sour cream. Then, I had a second one. Six pack and a pound with hard shells, extra meat, extra shredded cheese, and add sour cream. There is no seasoning on the second order of potato oles! And then two large drinks. This came up to $58.25 (estimate). I called in enough time, and they sent me a Postcard with the two meals on it. But, none of the extras! I paid almost $20 in extras!!! So, you mean to tell me ... You all can 't even replace the order the right way!!! Wow, Customer Service at its finest!! If you decide to take a chance at this location, go in the mornings. Or on Saturdays, when management is there and they make sure your stuff is right!!

Food is always good. They need to get their Mexi Rolls

My tacos were cold, and the shells were chewy. The tater O'lays were cold as well, little soggy. First time I have had any issues.

Food was thrown together and they messed up my order, forgot my sour cream a drink.

The service was sooo slow! Mine was the only order and it took the 4 people working, about 20 minutes to get my order.
