Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered online and went to the drive-thru to pick up my food. When I arrived, I noticed they had forgotten one of the starters I ordered. The staff informed me that I would need to make a 40-minute drive back to resolve the issue in person. This was my last visit to Zaxby's. They still owe me $5, but I don't expect to get it. I recommend avoiding this location if you're looking for good customer service.

I used the app to order two salads and a chicken sandwich. Everything was great, as usual, and it was ready when I arrived.

The Cobb salad is our favorite dish. However, my toddler didn't enjoy the sauce on his chicken sandwich.

Something about Zaxbys is off. One there drive through menu light is off a half hour before closing. Not friendly taking your order, but paying they are. It never cease to amaze me, that they refuse to include a Zac sauce with a combo. You must ask, and it's not guaranteed to be in your bag. Now we only order off the kids menu. No new fresh items added this year, like the Asian zalad. Please up your service.Signed your regular customers

The chicken salad is the best! I have never had a chicken salad from anywhere that compares tho this one!
