Depot Grill - Springfield

Marshall made the reservations an easy task and upon our arrival Dillon took over. Dillon took great care of my group, hustling for over an hour. Thank you for making this such an awesome experience!

This would have been a 5-star review based upon the salad and pasta dish; however, the strawberry shortcake that they charged about $14 for was very disappointing--the shortcake was more like a stale bread and they did not use real whipped cream--the strawberries themselves were good but you almost needed a magnifying glass to find any--an expensive mistake!

This restaurant is fantastic for dining. The duck quesadillas were absolutely delicious!

We decided to gather some family at The Depot, a fantastic location that was conveniently located halfway for everyone to meet and celebrate my wife's birthday. Brothers, sons, daughters, and grandchildren all joined us for the occasion. I had made reservations with Marshall two days prior, and upon arrival, our table was already set up for us on the patio. It was great! Dillon took care of us, providing excellent service as he continuously refilled drinks, brought out food, and served desserts for over an hour without missing a beat. Thank you Dillon for your exceptional service, and to the Depot staff for the delicious meal! By the way, the Crème Brûlée was outstanding!

Small Town vibe.... Reasonably priced menu.... Excellent tasting food!!!
