The Washburne Café - Springfield

Really nice coffee shop and Cafe with indoor and outdoor/sidewalk seating. Excellent coffee!! Some of the best coffee drinks I've encountered in the Eugene/Springfield area. Quite a few breakfast and lunch items on the menu, as well as, some nicelooking sweet and or savory pastries. Great baristas offering fast and friendly service.

Their espresso drinks are a delight, the atmosphere is cozy and bright, with a variety of great seating options. Staff were kind, attentive to restocking and cleaning the entire FOH, and had friendly conversations with me. I had the washburne breakfastsandwich on a biscuit, and it was fluffy, fresh, and you could tell a lot of attention went into the flavors and cooking of thepork. I'm excited to be coming back again and again!

I had the washburne breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, and it was fluffy, fresh, and they could say that much attention went into the aromes and cook the pork. I am happy to come back again and again!

This place is amazing! All their pastries are made fresh, and taste delicious. If you're looking for somewhere to get coffee and a high quality meal I'd recommend here.

Had never been to The Washburne Cafe until they had A Charred Pizza for a one night pop up. Upon arrival the Cafe is immaculate, you can tell the owners and staff take pride in their business. Everyone was welcoming and just seemed really excited to be providing this pop up to the community as they asked for it.My MIL is part of the foodies group and the foodies have been talking about this pizza for quite some time. The owner creator posts pictures of his pizza often and leaves people drooling from what I'm told. My husband and I met his mother and friend there and after looking at the menu we decided on the Detroit Style Chicken Bacon Ranch.AMAZING! Best pizza I've had in a long time. Cooked to golden crispy perfection, flavor in every bite, and quality is unmatched. So keep an eye for another pop up. Now I need to try The Washburn Cafe, from the reviews and pictures they seem to be about quality and the food and drinks look good. When I try The Washburne Cafe I will defintely be writing another review.Till then check em out, we have lots of local cafes that need our business during these times and they're finding ways to stick around for us.
