O'charley's Restaurant Bar

I give a 5 star review to Denard and his hospitality and concerns on our thoughts. And our waitress Chelsea did a fantastic job and was very attentive! We are still on the fence with the quality of food, specifically the steak (Louisiana sirloin) that came out chewy and rare...and the size of the very small salad that only took 7 bites to eat (literally)and tiny baked potato. Lettuce and potatoes are the cheapest vegetables out there. Give your customers A SALAD...not a bite of Lettuce! Thank you Denard for the conversation!

All tho the food was good, I think the portion that I got wasn't worth the money I paid for

In Springfield, O’Charley’s is the place to eat. The staff there is so friendly and the food is delicious. Our server David was great. I recommend eating there.

Further Update: Manager offered a small gesture of good will by saying I would receive a $20 eGift Card. That was weeks ago and nothing has shown up in my email. Oh well. Update: The manager of the restaurant has reached out to me in an effort to make things right. A very stand-up move and it is appreciated. I ordered the appetizer sampler that includes their supposedly famous chicken tenders, pepper jack wedges, and potato skins. Everything was ice cold. The tenders were pathetic excuses for chicken. Thin, narrow, and 90% breading. Cheese had already solidified. The only edible option was the potato skins.

I love this O'Charley's it's our favorite to eat many times a week, the staff is friendly and the service is great!!
