Little Caesars Pizza - Springfield

Whoever made pizza in the evening on black Friday 2022 made the best pizza I ever had from the Springfield site. We have not waited this time We have our food pretty fast compared to other times and it was hot and delicious. Good work these employees keep the best experience so far and the man who worked the window was very friendly compared to other people who work there.

The service was sad to say the least. They told us we'd go away because our food would take 10 minutes. After 15 I went to the door where the worker sat in the lobby. He gave me my food with a sorry bro, I forgot?. The food was sitting in the box for a while and was ready to fall through the bottom of the pizza box. Had not given a sauce for the crazy bread after I had asked if I wanted it and the bread was smudged and stabbed. This is just one of the SEVERAL terrible experiences I have dealt with in this place, unnecessarily saying I will not come back.

While sitting in the lobby waiting for a call to be ready, the staff were standing around, who wanted to help customers get through, with one of the male employees who called him a racist and a liar (what he made racist comments and told stories why it was okay to act the way he did). The only two employees who actually worked were the young lady with glasses and another woman who actually worked the ride through. The lobby was rough to say the least. Dirty cleaning flaps on the counter, empty napkin packaging, etc. I understand that children want to work in high school, but they rent and no manager in business will have to push customers away. The customers wait while they stand around and carry on, and it's so unprofessional I'm glad I didn't bring one of my children. It'll take a while before I ever come back. I do.

This is consistently the worst restaurant in Springfield. Customer service is not available. Staff will not recognise that a customer has entered the restaurant until they feel like talking to each other. Then they seem upset that you are the reason why they actually have to do their job. The estimated waiting time is never less than 10 minutes, but more often than not you wait 30 minutes or more. A few times I have placed a mobile order, waited to go home until the notification gets that it is ready for pick-up to just come to the store and find that they haven't even put it in the oven yet! It's beyond development. I'd rather go anywhere and spend a lot more money than deal with this place.

First time to place order on app. Pizza to be ready 5:11 to 5:16. At 5;09, pizza just went in oven per app. At 5:19 I went in to check on it. I was told it was in oven, as app showed. Two people working talked about my order, it was in the box and sitting on counter. I left with it at 5:22. At 5:26 and 5:37 both I received emails my pizza was done. I was already at home with my pizza. Crazy!
