Hy-vee Mealtime - Springfield

I don't know what's been happening with the food at this restaurant lately. The pancakes I had recently still had batter in them, and the chicken in the chicken sandwich was rubbery. It was quite disappointing.

The restaurant did not provide egg rolls, crab Rangoon, or fortune cookies, and they also did not include sweet and sour sauce with the sweet and sour chicken. This was disappointing as the sauce is a key component of the dish.

The omelettes at this restaurant are the best - very light and fluffy. I ordered the Works Omelette and my niece had the ham and cheese omelette with fruit, both were really delicious.

Actually receiving everything thats supposed to come with the food and the items I requested.
