I’ve always been a fan of sushi, but I didn’t know good sushi (outside of cultural urban centers) until I ate at Happy Sushi. The fish is fresh, the Presentation is amazing, and the combination of flavors is beyond outstanding. Authentic and fast — and was surprised by the chef with a free roll to share at our table: something not yet on the menu! Springfield has little in the way of genuinely good sushi.
