Fent's Dairy Corner - Springfield

Ice cream is very tasty! Prices are reasonable. They were very busy and had to wait longer then expected. Will go back because they have good ice cream!

Clean building, staff is hit or miss when it comes to customer service (expected when they only employ teens and the elderly, both of which have attitude problems 90% of the time), ice cream is good but the food be prepared to WAIT especially in the drive thru! Some days you get six fried pickles in an order, other days you get three. I’ve found the food portions to be pretty inconsistent, which is disappointing. Chicken poppers small, got three. One of which was literally all breading, no chicken inside. There was no line, inside or out, and we waited 17 minutes for two fryer items. One of which were WELL done Not the worst or best place, 2/5 stars. Looks like someone below in another review had the SAME EXACT issue I did. Go figure. AND not to mention I had to CALL sitting in the drive thru to get someone’s attention to ask how much longer it would be. Just to have my food basically thrown out the window at me by some 60+ year old woman. Ridiculous.

The service is always friendly, and the food and ice cream are great. I enjoy supporting local small businesses, especially when they’re as excellent as this one.

They offer fantastic products and excellent service! There's a wide variety of dairy treats to choose from. Every time we visit, we pick something new! You will definitely enjoy your experience there!

I ordered 2 chicken strips and 3 burnt pickles for $11, which is quite a bit. I could go to Frickers and get 5 strips and pickles for just $12! Plus, I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru.
