Bidrage med feedbackI used to order regularly before the fire. The last two times I've ordered the pizza has been soggy. The phone staff are not very bright or competent and charging to use my card to pay is annoying. Work on getting your quality back up, delivery time has always been fantastic.
After receiving a handbill yesterday, I telephoned and ordered a large specialty pizza. The price was reasonable, the delivery driver was prompt and courteous, and the pizza was SUPERB! A+ to this eatery!!!
Wow! Family of 10 with 6 adults and 4 kids. Service was great. Food was amazing. We ordered 2 baskets of loaded potatoes, 1 basket of cheese balls, 1 basket of Mac n cheese bites. I'm not a baked potato lover but these were amazing. Mac and cheese bites were creamy and fresh. Cheese balls were good. Now the pizza was outstanding! We got a large Meat European, Spicy Polynesian, and General Tso Chicken. Literally the best pizza I've ever had. My favorite definitely was the General Tso and then the Spicy Polynesian...the sauces they use put it over the top! There is an alcohic icee drink called liquid Satan ... hands down a must have. Absolutely deserves 5 stars!
I had lived in Springfield for almost a year and a half before I tried Paddy 's Pizza. I went there on a Tuesday night for dinner, at around 7pm. My friend and I got the BBQ chicken pizza, and I also got a Mother Stewart 's Disco Dancer (they have it on tap! . The waitress was friendly and answered all of our questions. The pizza came out fast and it was pretty darn good. 'It 's almost like chips, you can 't get enough of it ' and, surprisingly as I am not particularly a pizza person, she was right! This pizza was delicious. Not your typical BBQ chicken pizza, as this one has a red sauce base and a BBQ sauce drizzle on top. The waitress said that the BBQ chicken pizza is her second favorite, next to the Irish Potato pizza, which we will be trying when we go back!
Definitely DO NOT DARE SHOW UP at Paddy 's if you drive for a Delivery Service even PostMates... They tried to turn down a $52 order because of who I was ordering for. Good food. Just not 'with it ' in the 21st Century. Aaded on May 18th 2020 Per: the manager 's response to my original posting So it took you over 2 months to reply which just furthers what I was saying about you still being in the 20th century. Secondly, it 's called a learning curve: Where you have a new product, service or technology and it takes a little bit of time to get used to and smooth out the bumps. And this was really bad timing to defend yourself: not using third party delivery services; seeing as the majority of people are stuck at home and rely on these services. Now you obviously don 't want to participate in growing your business and helping more families in the area have a more convenient way to eat well cooked food and that is absolutely fine and that is your prerogative... But again, it just seems kind of asinine because that 's what this world is moving towards. To be honest you are fortunate to even still have a business after the world was broken at the kneecaps but hey good luck to you!
