Staff and servers were very nice and helpful. I had to go as the waitress pulled out our food, I caught it when she came out of the kitchen, I asked her to go into containers because my mother (75yrs) had in 30 minutes. You were glad to help me. Zach was one of the managers who was very nice and helpful to check us quickly, and after that he was very nice when I realized that I had left my phone at the cash desk.

Food was good and the prices were actually decent for what we got! I had Mommas French Toast and it was quite delicious. It was severely lacking cinnamon, however. I also wouldn 't recommend the chicken-fried-chicken. It tasted a bit odd itself, but the homestyle gravy was its only redeeming quality that made it bearable. The waitresses were polite and we never had an empty glass at the table! We 'll be back again, for sure!

Delicious! I had southern fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans and loaded tater tot casserole. Yum! ? The only suggestion I have is a crumble or browned top layer of cheese would take that mac n cheese to the next level. Waitress Stephanie was awesome, checked on us continuously. I worked at cracker barrel about 7 years ago at a location in Florida. The corporation prides itself on great customer service and a great family atmosphere. It?s a shame that they differ so much at different locations. I brought my family here in spartanburg this past Sunday for breakfast. we were looking forward to a great breakfast! Unfortunately that wasn?t the case. For one, they changed their menu and portion sizes significantly. The service was SLOW. We had to ask the waitress manager multiple times to bring ONE biscuit for our 18 month old daughter so she could have something to eat while waiting for her breakfast. Would it kill the manager to smile? He was not very friendly at all, very dry not welcoming. Staff needs to feel supported and people need to feel welcomed. We will not be returning. To cracked barrel corporate: you may want to revisit your training policy and make sure this location is following through. They need some help

I ordered take out during the day 2 times , food was great. I ordered 2 separate times in the evening, it was the . The 1st time I picked up, They could not find my order. When it was found it wasn't really a meal for any of the 4 plates I ordered, how could it be sitting for am hour. I spend $50.00 or more here I expect better. The second time the food was delivered one plate had 8 steak fries ,another plate had 10 fries. Take my advice DON'T order here in the evening, You will get what they want you to have, Not what you ordered. Too much money to spend on cold food, or hold of an order.Cracker Barrel on Blackstock Rd. Spartanburg, S.C. You should be ASHAMED sending a plate out that's like either of these.
