The waitress did not take our order and made it seem like it was our fault. The woman at the checkout was rude to my husband. Some staff members really need to improve their attitude when interacting with customers. We won’t be returning!

Delicious food, helpful and friendly service, and a delightful atmosphere that brings back memories. This place is perfect for discovering unique items that make wonderful gifts.

Updating my review: The owner made amends by providing a complimentary meal for two, which was appreciated. It's refreshing to see a business willing to address issues responsibly. I had not expected such service, but the owner genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. This was my second time ordering from this restaurant, and the first experience was disappointing due to poor food quality last week. I decided to give it another chance tonight, hoping the rock-hard Coca-Cola cake was just a fluke. Unfortunately, sweet tea was sent instead of lemonade, and my order was missing two items. I didn’t receive the side of dumplings, and my loaded hash browns were also overlooked. I’ve reached my limit with this place; it seems they just don’t pay attention to orders. The final straw was a peach cobbler that barely had a crust — it was hardly what I would consider a cobbler! It felt like no effort was made to serve the dessert as advertised, and there wasn’t even enough fruit to fill a small takeout container. I’m done with this restaurant. As for Cracker Barrel delivery, the experience was good, but it’s not their fault when the restaurant sends the wrong items and forgets parts of an order that has already been paid for.

Staff and servers were very nice and helpful. I had to go as the waitress pulled out our food, I caught it when she came out of the kitchen, I asked her to go into containers because my mother (75yrs) had in 30 minutes. You were glad to help me. Zach was one of the managers who was very nice and helpful to check us quickly, and after that he was very nice when I realized that I had left my phone at the cash desk.

Food was good and the prices were actually decent for what we got! I had Mommas French Toast and it was quite delicious. It was severely lacking cinnamon, however. I also wouldn 't recommend the chicken-fried-chicken. It tasted a bit odd itself, but the homestyle gravy was its only redeeming quality that made it bearable. The waitresses were polite and we never had an empty glass at the table! We 'll be back again, for sure!
