The staff rushed to give our spots several times before the omakase was finished. we had to pay before we finished our 3rd course. I said the waitress that I will wait to have a beer, and she opened and gave it to me in second. Finally, for the hamptons, this is the only good sushi option, but on new York standards this was a big mistake.

We are food enthusiasts and would not recommend the sushi from Bou. The management is poor, and it's extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone. Good luck if you try!

When I mentioned to the waitress that I wanted to wait for a beer, she opened one and handed it to me during the second course. Overall, while this is the best sushi option in the Hamptons, it falls short by New York standards, and I was quite disappointed.
