Saaz is an excellent choice for delicious Indian cuisine. Just last night, we tried the samosas (both veggie and lamb), and they were outstanding. I also highly recommend the korma; we had the vegetable korma, and I'm sure the other varieties are just as fantastic. The saag paneer and chicken tikka masala were also very good. It's wonderful to have such a fantastic dining option nearby.

This is the only spot to find Indian cuisine east of Riverhead. The food is consistently delicious, with flavors that are always spot on. The owner is incredibly friendly and approachable.

Love this place. Love the vegetable korma and roti bread. Everyone is always so nice.
