Dunkin' - South Glens Falls

There was no management present at the front of the restaurant. I placed an online order for pick-up inside and had to wait 15 minutes. The whole point of ordering online was to avoid a long wait for my drink. The employee, Prawan, had to ask coworkers for help on how to make the drinks as she was not informed beforehand, including mine. This is the second day in a row where my order was delayed. It may be a good idea to have management present until the employees are more experienced and can efficiently make coffee. This constant turnover in staff may be the reason for the disorganization at this location.

One of the best Dunkin' Donuts locations is over. The ExxonMobil access is convenient and speeds up service. Peak times are busy, as one would expect.

Ordered 2 coffees with karamell whirls and I'm pretty sure they just put the pumps in them, if at all. tastes like burned mum. coffee is obviously either burned or old as usual, and it was only 6:30 o'clock. no stickers on the tassen to display what was ordered and no acknowledgement typical. that's why I'm going to dieucks. Last time I came here, the Chai tea tasted as if he had run out and that was soaky, with incredibly bitter sirup in the bottom of the cup, and when I went back and told them what happened, they didn't believe me and thought I was dramatic and they made another who also tasted like tellerseife. I'm gonna hold on to real coffee shops right now.

A good place to get coffee! donuts! and some different types of breakfast sandwiches also! a nice selection of items are available!

This restaurant is extremely slow and consistently messes up orders. If I could, I would give them a zero rating. Orders are always delayed and never ready when I order on the go. This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst in the area!
