Dunkin' - South China

I waited 15 minutes for the person at the counter to tell us to go do something else because it would be a while. After waiting another 10 minutes with no one taking orders, I decided to leave.

This restaurant was a disappointing experience. Initially, they refused to provide me with a receipt. Then, they served me the wrong order and would not correct it. They also refused to issue a refund. I recommend getting coffee at the gas station instead; you’ll be much happier.

This location will take your money, prepare the wrong drink, insist it’s made correctly, and then refuse to assist you. I recommend avoiding this Dunkin' and going to another one instead. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I really feel bad for this place?? But I scratch my head.probably 15 people working in over 40 minutes for a donut and breakfast sandwich I ended up walking out really no explanation for this I won?t be back.

I wait for 20 minutes for a coffee and an order of hummus toast with roasted tomatoes. I even order an order of snackin bacon so they can't forget the bacon on my toast since I usually add bac to the tomato toast. Wait all that time and get the toast withno tomatoes on it. Waste of time and money to go here. You will not end up with what you wanted.
