Gifford's Famous Ice Cream - Waterville

This is a lovely spot for a refreshing treat. They offer a variety of flavors, and there are comfortable seating options along with mini-golf for those who enjoy it. The staff is always friendly. While it may not be the best ice cream you’ve ever had, it’s still a delightful place to visit.

The ice was delicious, and the service was quick. The mini-golf area looked fun, even though we didn’t get a chance to play.

I absolutely adore Giffords! I indulged in my all-time favorite ice cream, cotton candy, which brings back wonderful childhood memories. My husband ordered the moose tracks, and as always, the portions were very generous! We’ll definitely be returning, especially to enjoy some mini golf!

The portable restroom was absolutely disgusting—I couldn't even bring myself to use it. I was advised to head over to Walgreens instead. The mini golf course definitely needs some repairs as it has some rough areas. We considered using the batting cages, but the helmets were in terrible condition, so we decided against it. We didn't even try the ice cream and ended up leaving.

Wow, what an incredible experience! I had the largest and most impressive waffle cone I've ever seen. It was so big that it could easily hold three generous scoops of the craziest ice cream flavors I've encountered in Maine. Our server even topped my cone with a delightful mix of crunchy nuts. The best part? The taste was fantastic, and the cone didn’t leak at all. This place truly goes above and beyond to satisfy your cravings. The ice creams were simply amazing!
