Stage House Inn - South Berwick

I have not stayed here. and I will not stay here. The blatant disrespect for the locals that live around this motel is mind boggling. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such chaos to go on surrounding this motel. Allowing your customers to deface someone else's property by allowing them to urinate on their home! Unbelievable. Do better and attract better customers.

I’m the neighbor. I’ve contacted the owners multiple times regarding guests and patrons urinating on the side of our house and in our vegetable gardens, nothing seems to matter. Cameras, lights, snow blower you name it nothing seems to keep people from being disrespectful. Just what we don’t need more of in todays world. Perhaps they should consider putting up a port o potty where my propane tanks were so patrons who can’t hold it have a place to use other than my home.

Fell in love with this place the staff!! Came for a wedding and blown away by the hospitality. The rooms are adorable overall incredible. Bonus points for fantastic water pressure!!
