Bellevue - SORRENTO

This is a beautiful setting and we were excited to eat here as it looks so great but that is where the good news stops! The poor waiter was in his own for 8 tables and running like a lunatic back and forth! We waited over an hour for starter and bread and then took almost 2 and half hours to eat was so slow and the guy was trying to crack jokes with us as maybe he was embarrassed the hotel needs more staff for a top restaurant especially with the prices they are charging!! Also they make you sign the bill at the beginning of the meal! Like you are at McDonald’s and gonna run away without paying! Not good!!! Would not go back was like fawlty towers!!! We went out for dinner the 2nd night to soul and fish and was like night and day! Amazing would go back there in a second

We stopped here on our way into town one evening for a drink, sat on the terrace you have an amazing view over the harbour the town and the mountain. The cocktails are fabulous and the service excellent.

My new wife , our adult children and I had a fantastic meal here after our wedding at the nearby Cloisters di San Francesco. Francesco and his staff could not have been more helpful in both the arrangements and the evening. The intimate table was as requested and the view of the sunset over the bay of Naples was stunning. It was a fine dining experience with wine and service to match, although expensive well worth the money. I would recommend this restaurant and will return on our next visit to Sorrento.

We ate here as we were staying the Hotel Capodimonte and had a complimentary meal through our Costco booking. This was a very good meal with excellent service and an awesome view. My husband got the beef stew, which was fantastic and the rest of the food was very good. The dessert was very good also.

We stayed in on a rainy night and ended up with one of the best meals we had in Italy. Everything was excellent, especially the service.
