Domino's - Solihull

We are regulars at dominoes in solihull we ordered tonight as a treat for my son his brother is going away until Christmas and he was a little sad so ordered him a dominoes texas bbq. Only to find a huge black hair inside of his pizza which then made him not want to eat anymore huge let down and huge waste of money!!

Ok I’ll be honest. Compared to the first pizza we had from this branch, it was a distant second. However, when compared to a very near local rival, they are miles apart (even with the second experience). This time we had the full house and meatfielder. Plenty of sauce to the edge. Generously topped. My only qualm was the base and that the dough didn’t taste as good as the first experience. Still nice though. If you’re in the area and you are facing two pizza restaurants, then head to the left. And no I have no alliances or issues with either place. Just an impartial comparison review.

Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Easy to park up outside for collection and staff offered to help carry large order to my vehicle. Brilliant branch. I’ll definitely use again

I have had pizzas from here before and they have been okay but what i got this week was cold and we didn't eat it. I tried to complain by phone but apparently the manager was busy pity he wasn't busy trying to do his job and resolving issues of cold pizzas). The answer i got was that he would call me back and as a caring manager who wants his customers to be satisfied he called straight away NO HE DIDN'T AND STILL HASN'T). He obviously doesn't care and is in the wrong position in Domino's. I ended up having a ham sandwich from the fridge It was warmer). Give this place a miss

We regularly use Dominos on Hobs Moat as a delivery pizza service as kids love there cheese and tomatoe pizza. In approx three years have only ever had one issue which was due to BBQ sauce being put on kids pizza, however there came out and delivered us the correct pizza immediately....great service. We usually order online, take advantage of the family deals, which are great, and receive food typically 20 mins later. Always hot. Great service and food (if you like pizza! ....
