The Plaice Fish - Birmingham

Been going here for years love the place ….. but When the portions started to get smaller it looks like so did the customer base … I came for the big dinner. I can get this anywhere now

This restaurant in Birmingham serves the best fish and chips. I have never had a disappointing meal here. I highly recommend it.

The food is decent, particularly the fish and chips which are of good quality. However, the prices have gone up and now they even charge for adding sauce, which they didn't used to do. The food is on the pricier side, so it feels a bit cheeky to ask for an extra charge for a small amount of sauce. Also, there is no option to dine in as there is no seating available.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I was very disappointed with the fish and chips I ordered. There was plenty of food, but it was soggy and lacked flavor. I ended up throwing most of it away.

Always excellent food friendly staff highly recommend the plaice fish bar.
