Wing Street - Snellville

I love pizza hut, but NOT this one. They can never get an order right, and every time they don't take responsibility. I tried three times today to get an order redelivered because it was wrong, and every time it was cancelled. Another time they just delivered it to someone else and refused to refund me. That was $85 of food I never got back. I really wish pizza hut would do something to change this locations managers or at least let me change my pizza hut I can get a delivery from. They lose so much money because of these people running it.

Very bad service the employee has an attitude they scream at us. Long waiting time longer than told.

Don't use this pizza hut the lady working in front is so bad and poor customer service she call the police on me I don't use this location no more

For some reason, this location had a hard time getting the order right, regardless of how busy they are. Always have to wait at the store to get the correct order. Management needs to look at their process, lots of waste of customer time and resources of the franchise.
