Poor poor quality from chick fil a. I’m so surprised! Ordered two 10 count minis today. Both boxes look like this. Update 11/13/2023. Still the worst chick fil a in the area soley because the food. Today my fries were super salty and the bottom bun on my regular chicken sandwich was mushy.

The worst spicy chicken sandwich ever. It was thinly sliced. It was the color of a Taki's chip, soggy, cold and not one bit crispy. My son got the same thing I did and his was just as disappointing. I mentioned that to explain it wasnt a one off! The wife ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich and asked told them no tomato and lettuce. When she opened it, it was just chicken and bread. No cheese and no sauce on the sandwich. Fries.... I got 4 waffle fries and the rest were crumbs. The small pieces filled half of the fry container. Definitely not worth what I paid for. My husband and I dined inside, I ordered our food but I forgot to tell them I was alergic to a certain ingredient in my salad, I should have requested they make it without it, so when I got my food I saw the item I'm allergic too and I politely told them I was so sorry I had forgotten to tell them about my food allergy; I could not have been treated better, they apologized even though it was my fault and they immediately made my new order without it. Thank you Chick- fil-A for a wonderful dining experience. We love this Restaurant and will continue dining there whether it's inside or as Drive-Thru which is also the best... fast, accurate always friendly. Dietary restrictions: Allergy to cheese....I have had no problem with my request to have cheese omitted from my meals and/or sandwiches. Chick-fil-A has one of the top tier business models for customer service. I don't know when other businesses are going to follow suit. That is why they will continue to get my business. I feel appreciated when I visit this establishment.
