Mcdonald's - Snellville

I live just down the road from this McDonald's and have been a customer since they opened. I've never had any issues with the service, aside from the usual minor things, like occasionally being given no napkins, which happens at every fast food restaurant. If you think about it, sometimes it might be a matter of attitude and expectations. Put yourself in their shoes and see how you would handle things. I'm not saying that poor service should be overlooked, but if you've visited the same restaurant as often as I have, it's hard to take negative reviews seriously.
