Domino's Pizza - Snellville

Poor customer service over the phone and poor comprehension skills. Order elsewhere!

Order food Friday night. Noticed hair while eating. Dismissed it initially assuming it belong my daughter or me however my hair is braided. Had a busy weekend didn't eat anymore until today for breakfast. Upon warming up and breaking in half to eat. Noticed hair again and knew it wasn't mine because my hair was covered up. Called first time. Lady was rude and didn't even let me speak. Called back to speak to manager wanted to offer food instead of refund. I'm disgusted and will never eat there again when I had that much hair in my food. Had a lot left over and threw it all out. Makes me fell it was intentionally done and I don't even know why. Just mean and rude for no reason. Not to mention my last order was pickup and the girl in the back was yelling, arguing and using profanity to another customer. Will never order here again.

Leaving this review to remind myself to never order from this dump.Don't answer. Don't deliver. Delete this location from the Domino's app. Forgot until today why I quit ordering.DM me when you're ready to sell this franchise. ?

Tried to get a two pizza 3 topping deal. well let me tell ya. there were 3 topping but the equal to the same amount a a one topping pizza. so each topping is a third of what it should be. very disappointing

I called Mr. leornardo and told him that my order was never delivered by ben and that the driver drove passed me even tho i left extra delivery instructions on how to get here, I informed him that it said delivered and he continued to tell me that gps does that sometimes and told me to wait he lied and said he was doing another delivery in the neighborhood. I call back and he says he gave me a refund, thats not manager behavior. Ill just contact corporate.
