De One Roti Shop - Snellville

I was looking for Roti and came across this nearby restaurant. We all enjoyed our Roti, especially my guests who tried it for the first time and loved it. The portions were very generous and satisfying.

Four people were working, but none of them were able to provide any customer service. I didn't even get the chance to place my order because no one even asked the lady in front of me what she wanted. At the very least, they should have informed us that they would get to us shortly instead of ignoring our presence. I will not be spending my money here. I walked out.

They frequently run out of food items and we had to wait an entire hour to get a bus up shot chicken roti.

These people are never open. And when they are they are always out of something

They are constantly out of food items… It is 1240p, prime lunchtime, and they are out of Doubles…. As always. Why bother selling it if you’re not going to make them or make enough to cover at least one lunch shift. This is my fifth and last attempt… Not a good look when your brand is associated with constant disappointment!! Do better!
