Have shopped here 5 or 6 times in the last year, and every single time it has unfortunately been a bad experience. The food is perfectly fine, as you can expect at BK. But there has been incorrect delivery, waiting time of 30 minutes at the drive-in even on a quiet day, lack of information that something is sold out even if you have paid, lack of preparation of pre-order via app, etc., etc. No apology or polite comments from the staff when error was pointed out. Won't be back for a long time, even though this is the closest burger outlet from where we live and we wish we could support businesses in the neighborhood. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ok By-The-HighWay burger restaurant. the biggest plus is tesla SuperChargers(20 stands) right in front of the front.

Eat well, the fries should be placed in heat tanks while waiting for the burgers. very slow working employees (both kitchen and front) with bad customer service
