Bad customer service. the owner needs a lection about the treatment of customer complaints.

It can be hard to get through on the phone if you call at a busy time, but the pizza is yum! Nicks Special is our favourite, followed by an Americana with added prawns

Wouldn’t bother ordering food from this place it’s a complete waste of time, we ordered food and waited 3 hours for our food (we are in the same suburb), called 4 times and was told to wait longer every time and we never ended up getting anything, we have tried calling the restaurant to complain but can’t get through. People look forward to delivered food and clearly this business cannot provide the service which is disappointing. Ended up getting food elsewhere as HGP is hopeless.

I placed my order at 8:10 a.m. and was told there would be a 45-minute wait, which seemed reasonable. However, by 9:10 a.m., my order still hadn’t arrived. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to check on the status of my order, but no one answered. Eventually, my order arrived at 9:40 a.m., with no apology from the delivery driver. The pizza was cold, and the seafood pizza was soggy. Additionally, Nick's special was undercooked and not even cut properly. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I won't be ordering from here again.
