Wendy's - Shreveport

I give this restaurant 2 stars because at least I was able to eat, but it wasn't good at all. I ordered three orders of chicken nuggets and two side items, but they didn't allow any substitutions, and the cheese was missing. The kids' meals came with everything except just the nuggets, which were served with a dipping sauce on the side. I ordered a simple hamburger with speck, but it came with only the meat and the bun—no toppings or sauce at all. That’s not acceptable. I also ordered a soda, which I never received. I didn't want to go back and complain because I feel like we should get what we pay for. I work hard for my money, so I’m very disappointed. There should be more pride in the work they do!

I called the manager, who told me she made the burger correctly. I explained that she never mentioned it was spicy, and she offered to make me another burger, but I would have to go through the drive-thru. We were in a hurry and didn't have the time for that, especially since there were about ten cars already waiting. The manager refused to walk a few steps to bring me my burger. I felt completely disrespected by how I was treated. I will never return to this Wendy's again.

Absolutely amazing fast service. all there were very courteous, the restaurant behind the register was very clean and I have enjoyed my experience. that is rare that I am overwhelming with my service in a fast food restaurant good, job Wendy’s!

Would be a ZERO star if I could. Get 3 $5 baggies and they bag it all together and the food was HORRIBLE. Burger over cooked, fries tasted stale and the nuggets were cold. Person answering the drive thru was RUDE

Food was wrong initially but they immediately fixed it. I took a star away because the way the manager corrected the employee in front of us was unprofessional and rude. I would've quit.
