Domino's Pizza - Shreveport

I ordered 35 pizzas for takeout on 11/29/22 for a company event and the staff at this location were fantastic! Everything was prepared on time, the staff assisted me in loading them all into my car, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Ordered a pizza for carry out, waiting 5 extra 5 minutes to go pick it up because I know this location is usually slow. I get to the store, wait at the pick up window for almost 20 minutes before even having the window opened. The girl who opens the windowjust stares at me and say ?name? and that?s the only word she said the whole interaction. I called to let the manager know thatme and 3 other cars just waited that long, he initial response was ?okay?. And then after I pause in frustration for a few secsshe then says ?well I do apologize sir? in the most insincere way possible. This store used to be a very good location, but thelast few months has been absolutely garbage. I never complain about service because I get it, it can be stressful as hell, butthis location is just repeatedly a let down.

I had to call three different stores to determine which one in my area offers delivery services. The salespeople at each store were very friendly and helpful.

Worst pizza ever. Not the first ime we have used this Domino's location but it is surely the last time. Took well over an hour to get order. No driver avail we were told. Save your money and go to a real restaurant.

Today, I placed a mobile order at 11:15 pm, which was 45 minutes before the restaurant closed. Shortly after, I received a notification that my order had been canceled and was instructed to contact the store for more information. After calling the store, I was hung up on after a brief interaction. On the second attempt, I was informed by a store employee that they did not have any delivery drivers available. I then offered to pick up my order myself, to which the employee responded that the ovens had already been turned off for the night to be cleaned. This was all happening 45 minutes before closing time. I am writing this review for the attention of the regional manager and franchise owners. It may be time for a new staff at this location.
