I love Hardee's, it's in my top ten fast foods.....when it's done right. Stopped in on 9/13/23 and first of was not even acknowledged by the guy at the register, made me wait and then just stood there, didn't even say hello. When I placed my order he was short with me and rude. Then to top it off my Fry's were cold, the gave me the wrong sandwich size (I usually get the big roast beef) and there was barely any meat on it, it was like I got the portion size for the regular, same thing on my wifes Big roast beef. And this isn't the first time, I often have my food poorly prepared or messed up. Breakfast I rarely have problem, but the night staff is terrible in my opinion.

Very good food the drive threw was quick and the people were friendly everything was fresh and good Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
