We waited 30+ minutes inside for breakfast sandwiches on 4/6 at 11:30am while they served countless people in the drive thru. The girl making breakfast sandwiches put eggs directly on the filthy counter and then on sandwiches (as seen in photo). The hash browns they tried to (finally) serve us were black and inedible.The manager on duty a girl with dark hair and glasses was EXTREMELY rude and combative when we requested a refund. That was the worst part of the experience.Men's bathroom was out of order and the sink was broken in the women's. They even charged us for ice water and charged for two when I ordered one. Really, really bad experience and I will never return to a Dunkin again. Pay the extra for Starbucks.
This Dunkin' Donuts has a unique group of employees.They're very entertaining, very kind and very efficient.Britney, the manager is a nice person to deal with.Every time I go, the atmosphere is great.The food is quick.You couldn't ask for anything more than a dunkin donuts.

I literally do not know what is going on with the dunkin' donuts. I was at a doctor's appointment and I was very excited to get Dunkin. I moved somewhere from where there was one on every corner to now it's a 45-minute drive to each one So it's a special treat for me when I finally get here. The last three times I have come they can't cook any food I don't know what is wrong with their kitchen and they're very limited on the donuts that they have. If you can even call this a jelly donut. Pen held on side for sizing. They do not feel fresh either. My coffee That's exactly like the coffee that's been brewing on a pot on my counter for 12 hours. ? This is supposed to be a convenience and a joy and my joy has been taken.
