Alston Bridges Barbecue - Shelby

A group came to an end and asked if it was late to serve them? You said absolutely not, have a place! Years ago I ran too late, just wanted to go, said the woman, have a seat you could need more tea! We're not going fast. Never had a bad service or meal there. Great people lead it!

We moved out of the Shelby area a few years ago. This is one of the two restaurants we miss most. The BBQ pig is great! You can cut, chopped, or naturally chopped. The BBQ (or red) Slav is a favorite. The area where we live now is strictly Cole Slav. Alston Bridges is clean, has a dedicated staff and fast service.

First time having chopped BBQ. It was very tasty. The coleslaw was amazing

Best BBQ in Cleveland county area. I loved the BBQ sandwich and hushpuppies. Also recommend giving there hot dogs a try.

This is an American barbecue restaurant. It was my first time eating Hush Puppy.
