Pizza Pub

I'm writing this review after trying to call the restaurant for over 45 min after we didn't receive our drink, honestly we decided to place an order because we received a mail in menu with coupons, again it's not even the fact we didn't receive the 2lt soda, it's the fact that once they got your money they don't even bother picking up to correct their mistake. Update: 8/8 We really wanted to like this place. The pizza was actually good and everything but the drink is honestly it a big deal, but as you can see by the pic I just included, called for over an hour and rang and rang until the call was canceled from ringing soo much. Their hours say they're open till 2am. Won't be ordering from here anymore. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. You'll see from my past reviews, not one negative review.

Was traveling for work yesterday and had a craving for pizza. Google Maps found me this little gem. Staff was really cool. They heated the slices up PERFECTLY. Not too hot to burn ya, just perfect. And GOOD PIZZA. Not a real looker from the outside, but man the pizza was BANGING!

Great Guy At The Door! Great Staff and Food they always go out of their way to tend to customers. !Nice to see my old friends. The Ownership really cares about thier customers and workers.

Customer service is terrible, placed an order online, ordered a Stromboli which had an option for added items, checked the hot peppers and then called the store to say I do not want jalapeños peppers I wanted banana peppers, the women said no problem, received the order that had jalapeños peppers, called the store to ask why there were jalapeños peppers on when I called specifically to not have them put hem on on, his answer was the order was already in the oven, I asked why wasn't I told that when I called they just repeated the same answer, no apologies what so ever. I would have paid to have another one made if I had know that. Frusttated as this has happened more than once before and they said I would be compensated on the next order , I never followed threw on that and they never offered anything. Disappointed long time customer
