Scho-co's Diner - Schoharie

Awsome food..great desert...and workers are very delightful to be around..they have had to turn business around and they r doing just that. Remember to support your neighbors n stay local.

Formerly the Alley Cat Diner, if my research serves me correctly, Scho-Co 's Diner is under new ownership, and ready to serve some good ol ' diner food. They 're so new that upon our visit this weekend, the new sign wasn 't even up yet. A little hard to find, but I 'm sure that will change soon. On a trip home from Cooperstown, one involving an entire weekend of constant alcohol consumption, we were in desperate need of a hangover killing breakfast. We got it here. I had a good old fashioned two-egg breakfast with homefries and toast; my buddy went for the corned beef hash special. It came out quicker than you can say Schoharie five times, and the waitress was very sweet. We each had beverages, and the bill came to $17. More than reasonable for a sit-down two person breakfast.
