By 11 o'clock appeared (the advertised opening time sat on the chair and observed a not too clean looking kerl kneading the pizza dough, with its mere hands. even if he saw us waiting, he ignored us 10 minutes and kneeled with his dirty naked hands. to the happiness we gave up and went, probably a bad case of food poisoning.
We passed from little italy on the way through new york we drove to massachusetts. my wife ordered a cheese steak sandwich, and I ordered the calzone. first the portions are excessively large! we could have eaten four people easily, what they brought us and had rest, and the quality of the food was great! really a great lunch!
Really enjoyed it. Atmosphere was nice, waitress friendly, food good. Pizza was more of an Italian style than your typical domino's.
The food is always good. Mike makes great pizzas. The back dining room is much nicer since the renovation. The specials are often good too. Friday lunch pizzas are sometimes fun experiment pizzas. I used to love getting those slices when I worked down the street.
