A very nice evening spent here. Food is very delicious. Dessert with the chocolates was brilliant. Service very sweet and attentive. A place to feel good.
Now the next day to give feedback, still euphorized from the visit on Sunday noon, may not be quite realistic, but it was simply perfect. Service and friendliness (our wish expressed in electronic reservations to eat again in spite of all the fresh air season ended, was met with a nicely covered table in the sun and despite the necessary special routes we were not neglected and as usual friendly service)Atmosphere: through the last warming sun rays, the freshness of the air, and also through the already compiled Mobiliar, we are simply reminiscent of this summer. Eat: triggered quails with crispy glucke where you already get crispy glucke?Both point on the map were on this day mushrooms. Normally this is our choice, but on the eve we had to get sample specimens on stone mushrooms and prepared ourselves...so it became a lamb back. Exact medium cooked and also not raw on the bone, which often does not succeed in discreetly set sauce (intensive and aromatic/a special strength of the inn), somewhat boring the accompanying pepper columns, the climax: yellow and red bee with goat fresh cheese and caraway crown. Simple products made to something special by the interplay of intense aromas... vegetarians can also be happy here and convert meat.The dessert did not irritate us this time, but there is always “feeling” the best ice beyond the Alps as an alternative.The inn is a lucky case in the culinary Frankens, in which the spaghetti manages to offer excellently prepared Franconian cuisine, fine food Unfortunately, not only do we find that. Sunday noon, now in the winter half-year at high-powered indoors, there are hardly any such feeling points.Last but not least: everything is worth its price and especially the Franconian cuisine will hardly be found anywhere cheaper at this quality.
