Mcdonald's - Schnecksville

Just stood in the restaurant for 30 minutes waiting on 2 mcchickens and a medium fry. Had to get a refund and leave, there were no other orders besides mine at one point then another 15 minutes went by and new orders were being filled behind mine. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to do a kiosk order with my mcpoints back out at checkout to add an additional item and the system complete remove my mcpoints order. Pressed the help button to get assistance, while looking at the counter watched a rep help a customer then walk away. Then whom I presume was the manger in a gray dirty/unkeep shirt begin to assist with other customers at the counter glance over toward the kiosk with out any confirmation that he would be over to assist. After waiting a good amount of time I decided that no one cared that I needed assistance and purchased my meal. This is not about the points but the principal that a self-service person does not receive any assistance. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It appears every time I go to this McDonald's. The food is cold, It's overprised, And customer service is horrible. Last time I went I felt like I was inconveniencing them.
