Wexford Restaurant - Scarborough

A long standing Scarberia ICON. The Wexford for breakfast was a family tradition for over 20 years. Great peameal bacon and eggs and awesome coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Honestly the worst service I've ever had. Don't know if that woman who served us was management but she spent most of the time on her cell phone. The owner kept walking by and said nothing. The cook kept coming out and sitting in the booth behind us. Got 1 piece halibut and chips and it was 17 bucks! Brought cutlery after we received our meal too. $2.65 for a can of pop. When we were done asked for the bill but not before she took another cell phone call and we waited at least 10mins! Horrible. Greasy spoon sure but too expensive for what you got. They need to go back 60 years and remeber what service was about.

Wonderful all day breakfasts, fresh squeezed orange juice, hamburgers, souvlaki and roasted chicken are the specialties. Everything homemade including fresh baked muffins. Has a diner side, family restaurant and separate bar area.

Had the bacon and eggs, coffee Always consistent, good and fast. Friendly service reasonably priced. Legendary fresh squeezed orange juice. I will be back.

Just left there and had the sausage and eggs. The potatoes were absolutely disgusting I think they were three days old. Place is in dire need of a major overhaul. This is my last visit here every time I think the food will get better it gets worse. They can't even get breakfast right. That's says a lot. Stay away!
