Tim Hortons - Scarborough

I have a big order for to go. Asked for the lady for a bigger bag and told her i will pay it then she said no. I have a two coffee too that end up spilling all over the place together with the chillie. As I she said to put the coffee with the chillie and the coffee and the cookies. I got a 3 smalls bag and end up dripping all over to the parking lot. SO INCONSIDERATE!!

I haven't been this Tim horton for a long time due to the low quality which they provide. I think it may be changing as many years passed. It is still so disappointed. I order an iced cappuccino which is only 80％ filled, so I asked them whether it is something wrong. I insisted on the right order, so they added sth reluctantly, even I feel there no coffee except sugar syrup.

Very slow service. Everytime time delivery oder wait more then 10 mints. They don’t care about delivery

They provide me a poor experience as a customer. Because they are saving for the online delivery, they are not even giving large cupsto customers in the front. I requested to speak with the supervisor about it, and I was made to wait for her for 15 minutes. I don't have time for these kinds of happenings, though. And rude customer dealings,I hope you all are aware of the standards Tim Horton's upholds.

I tried to ask an explanation , and they ignored me, very, very rude that Indian girls were very unprofessional behave , she has not customer service knowledge.Be CAREFUL. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS LOCATION.
