Taco Bell - Scarborough

Recently, the service has been somewhat disappointing since they are currently training new staff. However, the food is really tasty, and they offer plenty of extra sauce and toppings for your burger at no extra charge, which is a great benefit! Plus, free refills are back, which is a nice perk!

I strongly advise against visiting this location. I was compelled by the manager to pay for the same order twice, despite showing proof of payment via my mobile banking app. They insisted they had not received the payment. The manager was unhelpful, refusing to issue a cancellation receipt, withholding my food, and charging me a higher price ($17.27 instead of the original $14.11) when I had to pay again to get my order. Additionally, my order was not displayed on the monitor, which only added to the confusion. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from the manager and have no plans to return. I urge corporate to investigate this location. This incident took place on the evening of December 5th.

It's surprising that a fast food restaurant wouldn't accept a typical order just 10 minutes before closing, especially since it usually takes only about 5 minutes to prepare the food.

I ordered the $10 bucket special, but when I got home, there were no chicken tenders inside. I feel taken advantage of.

What can I say? I absolutely love this place! I'm a huge fan of beans and rice, and you get the idea! I used to cook it myself, but since I no longer have a kitchen, I'm really grateful to have found a restaurant that serves it.
