Swiss Chalet - Scarborough

I waited to serve 1/2hr and come for the meal. the Brat-Rind-Dinner was cold and not as advertised (more like a stack of razed bark meat) for 15 minutes for a replacement. had to call the waitress to carry a bill. a few also waited 1/2 hours to place their order. two waiters were sadly overworked, but this does not excuse the cold dinner. next time choose another place. disgusting.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. The space is beautiful and clean, and the staff is great. I highly recommend this place to everyone because they know how to properly treat their customers and serve delicious food.

I hadn't been to a Swiss chalet in over 20 years, and now I remember why. It was terrible! The so-called potato dish tasted like plastic, my partner's ribs were cold, and my chicken dish was dry and tasteless. I will never eat at a Swiss chalet again.

Arrived unbeknownst just 10 minutes before closing, yet our party was still seated by a friendly server. She handled all our needs expertly, and our food was delicious and hot. An above average experience for a chain restaurant.
