Sunset Grill - Scarborough

Most waitresses are excellent but when there is a shift change there is zero communication between waitstaff. Good luck getting a refill on their expensive coffee. I had to go to the counter and ask for a refill.while waitstaff gossiped and laughed about personal matters. Owners of small.busineses don't often have management skills. Make sure there is communication between staff about customers. I'm a very generous tipper but won't be back. Also the cleaning products they use on their front counter stinks. I don't feel like inhaling windex while eating breakfast

We eat regularly here , a great spot. The staff know all the regular customers and it's a really nice place to eat.

After 2 time trying this restaurant we were pleased, but the third time was a total disaster. We came around 7am for a early breakfast. The restaurant filled up with people pretty quickly. There was only 1 cook and 1 server. The dish wear was messy. The server kept on forget our orders and was just busy everywhere tending to everyone. Everything was just plain out unpleasant and we wanted to leave after waiting for our food for about a hour

After an early morning bike ride while the sun rises, my long time friends H Man McRogers, and Wescot sit down and reflect on the good things while having a nice meal with very pleasant waitresses who are always courteous and cheerful. Great atmosphere.

Had a wonderful morning at sunset grill with our server Brianna! She welcomed us with an awesome attitude and made my morning an even better one! Service was quick and server was friendly! Will definitely be coming back; thanks Brianna!
