The portion size for the butterfly shrimp is small, but they are tasty if you enjoy crunchy shrimp. The chicken lacks flavor, but the fries are delicious.

I would prefer to have the cold items, like a bottled drink, kept separate from the warm items, like the food. The sandwich was fantastic, just as delicious as if I had ordered it in the store. However, the portion of onion rings was disappointingly small, with only 5 soggy rings. It may be difficult to keep them crisp when using a plastic bag for delivery orders. On a positive note, the cinnamon apple pie is definitely the best among the local fast food chains.

Ive ordered many times from Popeyes while at work or home and sadly there have been a ton of order breaking issues. they dont even give ketchup or a fork half the time so Im stuck at work with no ketchup with fries or fork to eat mashed potatoes. Thats just the start. Numerous times they completely forget items . The last time I ordered a chicken burger platter with 3 sides and they actually forgot to give me the burger, I got the sides and drink and no burger . Sometimes instead of the standard chicken burger patty they throw in 2 tenders on a bun . If I wanted tenders Id order the 5 or 8 pack. Very disappointed with this restaurant(s) issues and I was contemplating reaching out to the head office which I have never done before with any restaurant. If they cant fulfill orders without missing items then its better not to do delivery at all , these locations are bringing down the name of Popeyes.

I received a small note from the restaurant staff, with a cute smiley face, saying they added an extra piece to my order. It really brightened my evening.
